Senior Drama Students Shine in Shuddersome: Tales of Poe

Students from the Year 10 to 12 Drama classes recently delivered a powerful performance inspired by the works of famous writer Edgar Allan Poe. The production featured dramatic adaptations of well-known stories including The Tell-tale Heart, The Raven and The Masque of the Red Death.

The performance combined ensemble acting, movement, and creative staging to bring Poe鈥檚 dark and mysterious stories to life. Students worked together to create an intense gothic horror atmosphere that kept the audience engaged from beginning to end.

Sound and lighting effects played an important role throughout the production, helping to build tension and highlight the eerie mood of each scene. The cast showed strong teamwork and commitment as they explored themes of fear, guilt, madness, and suspense.

The performance was a wonderful opportunity for students to showcase their acting skills, creativity, and confidence on stage. Congratulations to all students and staff involved in bringing this impressive production to life.
